Viewings
I offer extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easier to get in touch with me and book a viewing.
Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest I don’t ever want to have more than 15 properties on the market at any time. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.
Conducting an “Open House” can be the best way to generate interest in your home and attract more buyers over your doorstep. Open houses are usually held on weekends to maximise attendance but these can of course be tailored to your own requirements. I’m happy to advise and share my considerable experience!
Homefinder Service
This might be new to you as it’s not often done in this country, but I can help you find a home too – even if its not on the market yet! Apart from using my local knowledge and intel to know if something suitable will be coming up locally for you, I have an amazing system that can help generate a purchase for you anywhere in the UK. I offer this service as part of my package to my sellers, or for a fee on a buying only basis.

I will soon be offering a fully managed letting service – if you have a property to let please get in touch. Although I am in the process of setting this up, I can certainly start helping you now.
Mortgage Advice
Getting a second opinion on your finances is well worth an hour of your time. The mortgage broker I work with is truly outstanding – that’s why I use him myself! He will ensure that you (and your prospective purchasers) are made fully aware of a wide range of options and are properly advised on what is a VERY important aspect of the house buying process.


Conveyancing
Once your sale is agreed, you need to find a solicitor to assist with the legalities. I’ve built some great relationships over the years, with firms who I consider offer not just a great service, but value for money too. Pick the right conveyancer and you’re in for a much better experience. Select a bad one and I’m afraid you’re in for a rough ride.
EPC
It is a legal requirement to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate when marketing most homes For Sale or Let. This is something I can arrange for you.

This is often overlooked and left to the last minute! I have worked with a number of local, national and international removal firms and am happy to recommend the right company for you.
